Wine and Ventures Ltd. does not link aggregated visitor statistics with personally identifiable
information. We will only collect and store personally identifiable information for the
purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
Wine and Ventures Ltd. does not collect or retain sensitive personal data and personally
identifiable information for children (persons under the age of 18 years).

Grounds of personal data processing
Wine and Ventures Ltd. (the Controller) collects and processes your personal data in
connection with the provision of services related to delivery of wine and is based on one or
more of the following grounds:
- explicit consent to the processing of personal data on behalf of the data subject;
- for the performance of an order/a contract to which the data subject is party or in
order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract or
placing an order;
- for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
- for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

Storage of your personal data
Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the
online platform that allows us to run our website and receive your contact messages. Your
data submitted in accordance with the present Privacy Policy will be stored on secure servers
behind a firewall through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com
applications and third party apps, add-ons and service providers. Wix.com platform has
appropriate technical and organisational security measures for protection of the personal data
against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage,
alteration or disclosure.

Retention period
Depending on the basis on which we process your personal information, the storage time of
personal data is different:
- for the purposes of pre-contractual relationships, the retention period is 1 /one/ year
from the submission of the product/service request or information;
- when entering into a contract or placing an order, the basis for the processing of
personal data is contractual and the retention period is 6 /six/ years after the date of
termination of the contractual relationship, but no earlier than the date of the removal
of the legal basis for data processing;
- in case of legitimate interest on behalf of Wine and Ventures Ltd., the retention period
is until the lapse and/or dropping out of interest;
- for direct marketing purposes, the retention period is 1 /one/ year from the date of the
consent.
For all other purposes we will retain the personal data we hold for as long as we consider it
necessary for working with you, selling and marketing our services and products, or to
comply with any legal obligations, and then we will securely delete your data. We will delete
your data at an earlier date if you request it and if there is no other ground for retention.
When we finish processing your personal information for the respective purpose, we will
erase and destroy it to ensure your privacy.

Disclosures and Data Transfer
We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers
(including IT service providers, accountants, auditors, attorneys at law, couriers, transport
companies, etc.) or sub-contractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out

- in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

- You can have your personal data deleted or destroyed;
- You can have us stop or limit processing of your personal data;
- If you have given consent for us to process your personal data (please see Section
“Grounds of personal data processing”), you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before
you withdrew your consent.
- You can submit a complaint about how we process your personal data to the
competent Personal Data Protection Authority.
Under applicable law, there may be limits on these rights depending on the specific
